Ingredients to make São Paulo peanut pie:

500 grams of unsalted roasted peanuts

 ½ liter of whole milk

 1 can of condensed milk

 1 box of sour cream

 ½ tablespoon of corn starch

 2 packets of cornstarch biscuit

 sugar (if necessary)

1 cup of dulce de leche

How to make São Paulo peanut pie:

Separate the ingredients from your June party peanut pie.

Start by beating half of the peanuts in the blender with the milk.

Grind the other half of the peanut to finish the pie. Reserve.

In a saucepan pour the whipped milk with peanuts, the condensed milk and the cream. In a separate cup, dilute the cornstarch in one tablespoon of milk. Add to the pan and mix well. Taste and if necessary, add sugar to taste.

Bring this mixture to medium heat and stir until it thickens.

Time to assemble the pie: in a refractory, make a layer of cream and a layer of cornstarch cracker until the dish is almost complete.

Finish with a layer of dulce de leche and the peanuts that we crushed at the beginning of the recipe.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to serve this easy peanut pie very cold!
